Questions:

Q: in the last picture of the thumbnails, a symmetrical spinnaker is shown flying off a bow pole.  I cannot find evidence of this bow pole in any other exterior shots of the boat.
Is this last thumbnail of a different 27?
ALso, it looks like you still have a single spreader for the mast diamond stays.  Have you swept them aft or do you experience mast-bend inversion when reefed?

A:The aluminum bowsprit is removable, and I only have it on when racing.  It attaches the bow, both ammas and the trailer boweye.  I'll see if I can find another picture.
It is a single spreader, but I have the baby stay:

which attaches midmast to the foredeck.  This resists inversion.

Q. What year is motor?

A. I replaced the previous engine last year with a used early 2000s (I think 2002) 9.9 Tahatsu.

Q. Does autopilot have wired or wireless control?

A.The tillerpilot is controlled by the buttons on the device.  However, the tp20 does allow wired remote control as well as integration with gps/nav units.

Q. Where is solar panel mounted? Is it on a charge controller?

A.I have changed the description to include the 67 watt, unregulated solar panel.  This has mounts for the stern pulpit.  It is unregulated.  When cruising, I turn it upside down, mount it, bring it into the sun.  Once I see the voltage top off, I swivel it to reduce the amount of sun.  It's primitive, but the mounting and electrical lines made it difficult to wire in a real regulator.

Q. What year are sails? Condition?

A. The main is original and in fair condition. It's very heavy dacron and fully battened. If you plan to race, you should factor the cost of a new main into your decision, but for cruising.. it has quite a bit of life left in it.
When I bought her four years ago, she had a hank on jib and genoa. It looked as if the genoa had never been used (it even had plastic tags still on it). After ripping the jib two years ago, I purchased the CDI furler and had a local shop convert the genoa. It is in good condition.

Q. Year of Nets? Condition?

A. I'm not sure if the previous owner replaced the nets or not. I repainted them with outdoor acrylic last year, and they are in good condition.

Q. Double or Single spreader on mast?

A. Single spreader with the baby stay.

Q. Condition of trailer? SS brakes? Most recent maintenance?

A.I've had four trailerable boats. At no point have I been able to keep brakes working (look up the f-boat list on yahoo and search for brakes.. it's MANY, LENGTHY conversations). I've always just used a full size truck, kept my speed under 65, and took it very slow. I've never had an issue nor ruined a set a brake pads.
All that said, the trailer does not come with brakes. I did replace two wheels in the fall. My father-in-law is a welder, and I'll have him run over all the joins before purchase.
